Since October 2022, Nico Büttner supports us as a new sales representative to inspire companies for the NOVUM technology. The industrial engineer has the ideal qualifications for this. After all, as a former lithium-ion battery repair and remanufacturing manager at our friends and partners at JT Energy Systems, Nico also knows the user perspective.
“I’m really looking forward to using my new job to build networks between people who want to work together to promote the long-lasting and sustainable use of batteries,” reports the Dresden resident by choice. “I already knew the NOVUM team. That’s why I knew that super working conditions awaited me here: respectful cooperation, mutual trust and lots of creative opportunities.”
Nico sees the biggest challenge in bringing complex topics such as battery diagnostics and battery storage optimization to the attention of decision-makers in companies: “NOVUM’s technology is unique worldwide and has not been on the market for long. That’s why many companies don’t know what added value we offer them.”
Nevertheless, he is positive about the future: “Time is playing into our hands. With the increasing market occupation of lithium-ion batteries, for example due to the trend towards electromobility, the search for strategies for recycling is becoming more and more urgent. We offer a cost-effective, fast and totally uncomplicated solution for this!”
