Speaking honestly — We weren’t born battery experts either. And most of our new employees first have to familiarize themselves with this subject area.
To help with your onboarding process, you are given time and plenty of support from our entire team. At the same time, we provide varied and exciting tasks from day one.

At NOVUM we value a friendly atmosphere, creating a sense of togetherness. As a small team, we work hand in hand to drive the energy transition forward with innovative technologies.
Even though our developers, engineers and creative minds face quite tricky tasks in their daily tasks, there’s always time for fun. Whether it’s during the lunch break, playing table tennis or having a barbecue in the evening.
We also regularly launch great team events: We plant trees together, take part in the company run and much more!
Diversity and understanding
Our employees come from Germany, India, Brazil and Iran. We actually speak more English with each other than German!
In 2022, we tripled our quota of women. Many of us are already parents. Others are involved in environmental protection, sports or pursue other exciting hobbies.
