Mandy, what does good leadership mean to you?
“Good leadership is fair. There is often still this old-fashioned idea of leadership: One person has an idea and everyone else follows. I don’t believe in that. For me, it’s about clarifying problems, not glossing over anything and finding a solution together. It’s important to accept mistakes as part of further development.
