Since 2014, we at NOVUM have been making batteries calculable. With patented hardware and artificial intelligence, we can provide precise information about the condition and service life of energy storage systems. We were named High Tech Startup Europe in 2017 and received the Saxon State Prize for Innovation in 2023!

You will act as the central point of contact for our customers. You build trusting relationships with customers, analyze their needs and develop individual solutions in collaboration with our sales and development teams. This is how you contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.

What you bring:

  • You work in a proactive, problem-solving and goal-oriented manner
  • You are friendly and tactful towards our customers and the team
  • You can familiarize yourself confidently with technological topics
  • You have very good German and English skills and communication skills in dealing with our customers
  • You have completed a degree in economics or engineering or similar training
  • Ideally, you have some experience in sales or customer service


These are your tasks:

  • You support our customers and identify their problems
  • You evaluate customer data and feedback
  • You will work closely with our development team and ensure that customer issues are resolved
  • You develop suitable strategies to increase customer loyalty
  • You create customer-specific presentations
