Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Since 2014, we at NOVUM have been making batteries calculable. With patented hardware and artificial intelligence, we can provide precise information about the condition and service life of energy storage systems. We were named High Tech Startup Europe in 2017 and received the Saxon State Prize for Innovation in 2023!

As a new team member, you will work at the interface between our development and sales specialists and NOVUM’s customers. You communicate complex technical concepts to our customers in an understandable way. With every project you successfully complete, we take another step towards renewable energy and climate protection.

What you bring:

  • You are good at putting yourself in the perspective of different target groups and mediating between them
  • You like to familiarize yourself quickly with new technological topics
  • You record customer requirements and can map these for our internal product development
  • You work in a structured manner, think analytically and have a talent for organization
  • You have very good German and English language skills and communication skills in dealing with our customers
  • You have completed an engineering degree or similar training

These are your tasks:

  • Appreciative and effective communication with our customers and the team
  • Observation of the market and competitors
  • New customer acquisition
  • Customer advice and support for all technical questions
  • Creation of technical designs and concepts
  • Technical and financial feasibility studies
  • Internal feedback regarding product improvements
  • Reporting to the management
