Working Student Development & Operations (m/f/d)

Help us with your technical skills in software development and system administration

Are you passionate about technology and work efficiently? Then you’ve come to the right place! Together with our software team you will improve the quality, security and availability of our software solutions.

Since 2014, we at NOVUM have been making batteries calculable. With patented hardware and artificial intelligence, we can provide precise information about the condition and service life of energy storage devices. We even received the Saxon State Prize for Innovation for this in 2023!

These are your tasks:

  • Support in the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure
  • Further development of scripts (Bash) and the Amazon S3 backup workflow
  • Support for the optimization of the GitLab CI infrastructure
 

What you bring:

  • You are a registered student (m/f/d) in a scientific or similar field of study.
  • You have experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu)
  • You have programming knowledge in Bash
  • You ideally have first experience with Docker, GitLab and Amazon S3
  • You are conscientious and able to work independently
