Internship: Consulting & Market Analysis for Battery Storage (m/f/d)

At NOVUM engineering, we develop software solutions and engineering services for battery storage systems. We help project developers, investors, and operators make informed decisions. During your internship, you’ll gain insights into the world of modern battery storage and work on exciting projects related to the energy transition.

Your tasks

Why does one manufacturer promise 12,000 charge cycles while another promises only 8,000? These are exactly the kinds of questions you’ll be tackling at NOVUM. You’ll research, analyze, and prepare topics related to battery storage in an accessible way for presentations, market overviews, or website content—covering technical, economic, and communication aspects.

Consulting Support: Assistance with the preparation of analyses, templates, and documents related to battery storage projects.
Data & Presentations: Preparing data and information, and assisting with the creation of presentations for clients and internal projects.
Research & Supplier Contact: Market and manufacturer research, as well as support in communicating with manufacturers and partners.
Marketing & Web: Ongoing market and competitive analysis, as well as active support for website management.
Team support: Assistance with trade shows, events, and internal team events

What you bring to the table

Study of business administration, industrial engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study
Interest in the energy sector, battery storage, and technical innovations
Analytical thinking and a passion for understanding complex issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
Initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn new topics
